Terms & Conditions

  1. Finality of Transaction
    All transactions are final. Once the payment has been made and the jewelry handed over, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

  2. Right to Invalidate Transactions
    We reserve the right to invalidate or reverse a transaction if we determine that there was a misrepresentation of the jewelry’s authenticity, ownership, or any other relevant factor at the time of the transaction.

  3. Right to Refuse Service
    We hold the right to reject our services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about the authenticity of the jewelry or the customer’s compliance with our policies.

  4. No Collateral Services
    We do not offer any form of collateral or loan services. Customers cannot leave jewelry with us as security for loans or future transactions.

  5. Valuation of Jewelry
    Our valuation process is based solely on the weight and quality of the gold. The condition of the jewelry will not affect the price, but any gemstones present will be assessed separately, and their value will be deducted from the final offer.

  6. Identification and Documentation
    While customers are not usually required to provide documentation, they must be prepared to do so if requested during the transaction. An invoice or proof of purchase, while preferred, is not mandatory unless asked.

  7. Legal Compliance
    All transactions are conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the buying and selling of gold and precious metals. Customers must declare that they are the lawful owners of the jewelry being sold.

  8. Payment Method
    Payments for gold jewelry will be made via cash. Bank transfers will only be available in cases where sufficient bank balance is available to complete the transaction.

  9. Accuracy of Information Provided
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the jewelry, including any documentation or relevant history. Any false claims or misrepresentations may result in the cancellation of the transaction.

  10. Privacy and Confidentiality
    We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers. Any personal or transactional information shared during the transaction process will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, except where required by law.

  11. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of a dispute arising from a transaction, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, disputes will be addressed according to the applicable laws of Sindh, Pakistan.

  12. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the transaction. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the jewelry.

  13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers prior to a transaction.
